Cloud Provider Integration
Zerolake integrates with your cloud provider accounts to deploy data lake infrastructure. By using our Service:
- You authorize Zerolake to access your cloud accounts with necessary permissions
- You remain responsible for all cloud provider charges
- You maintain ownership of all data and resources in your cloud account
- You agree to Zerolake's recommended security and configuration settings
Intellectual Property
The Zerolake platform, including all software, documentation, and proprietary algorithms, remains the intellectual property of Zerolake Inc. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service.
Important Notice
You retain full ownership of your data and any configurations created in your cloud environment. Zerolake does not claim rights to your data or infrastructure.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Emergency security measures
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Cloud provider service interruptions
Limitation of Liability
Zerolake provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Data loss or corruption in your cloud environment
- Cloud provider charges or billing issues
- Business interruption or lost profits
- Third-party integrations or compatibility issues
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Zerolake platform will be suspended
- Your cloud infrastructure will remain under your control
- We will assist with data export upon reasonable request
- Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
